Is it free?+
Yes, completely. We never take money from candidates — not for help, not for advice, not even “symbolically”. If someone asks for money on behalf of this guide, it’s a scam.
The guide is funded by the bonus that the referrer receives under Adecco’s campaign if you name them when you apply.
Are you an employment agency?+
No. This is an information guide. We are not an agency and not an official Amazon or Adecco website. We do not accept, store or forward applications. You apply yourself, directly with Adecco.
Do you guarantee a job?+
No. The hiring decision is made only by Adecco. We cannot influence it — and neither can anyone else. If someone promises you a job “through connections”, be careful.
Why name a referrer?+
Adecco’s “Poleć znajomego” campaign: name the referrer from this guide when you apply — and after 3 months of work you’ll receive 2500 zł gross. Full terms are in the campaign rules at an Adecco office. It does not affect the hiring decision.
What is the job like?+
It is physical work in a warehouse: a lot of time on your feet, shift schedule, night shifts are possible. Specific conditions depend on the location and the offer — please confirm current conditions with Adecco.
How much does it pay?+
Official rates according to Adecco:
- Wrocław · Bielany Wrocławskie: up to 38.52 zł gross/hour (from 01.10.2026), night hours +20%. Checked 27.09.2026

Can I send you my documents to check?+
No, please don’t send documents, photos or personal data. Ask your question via support in the bot — I’ll help with advice, and you enter your details yourself — only on the official Adecco website or at an office.
What data do you store?+
Only your Telegram ID, language, traffic source and anonymised statistics (e.g. “completed the instructions”). If you turn on tips for newcomers yourself — also the date of your first working day. Self-check answers are not stored. Delete everything: the /delete command.
